Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

NOTE:- We only offer Exchange policy if you have size issue you can exchange with the correct size with in 7 days of your purchase. Please note that return is only applicable if you receive damaged or torn product .  

For Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Note:
  • If you have a complaint about a missing product or damaged shipment, unpackaging video is a must for us to track down the issue.
  •  Modernzy management reserves the final right to refuse a return or exchange request.
  • No Return on personalized products: Unfortunately, personalized products are not eligible for return.

For Exchange:

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you might need to exchange the purchased product. And we strive to make the exchange process as smooth and easy as possible for you. Refer to the following points to exchange your product:

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that it was when it was shipped to you. The item must also be in its original packaging, unworn or unused with all tags still attached and free of any signs of damage or defects.
  • To exchange an item you purchased, make an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item and the exchange process may take up to 10-15 working days.
  • Products can only be exchanged once, and both side courier charges are to be borne by customer. (Pickup facility is available if pincode is serviceable - extra charges applied)
  • Exchange of Size only: Exchange can only be processed in case of SIZE ISSUE. For any other reason, please opt for RETURN. 
  • Reverse Pickup & New Shipment Timelines:  The timelines for reverse pickup will be 1-2 days from payment, and the new shipment will be sent out once the quality check is cleared.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • We don't offer cash refunds for items purchased through our store, but we do provide store credit in the form of gift cards that are valid for 6 months.
  • There will be a pickup charge imposed on the customer due to the high logistics costs involved.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
